This furniture showroom project is located in a coastal region with high humidity and salt‑laden sea air, which poses high requirements for building anti‑corrosion performance.
Hot‑dip galvanizing is adopted as the primary anti‑corrosion solution for the main steel structure to effectively resist salt‑spray corrosion and greatly lower the risk of rust formation.

PU sandwich panels with PVDF coating are applied for both wall and roof cladding. The high‑performance PVDF coating delivers outstanding ultraviolet resistance, salt‑fog resistance and colour retention. Combined with the advantages of PU core material, the building envelope features excellent anti‑corrosion, weather‑proof and thermal‑insulation performance, keeping the whole structure less susceptible to rust even in harsh coastal environments.

A small mezzanine floor is designed inside the building. This additional space can be fully utilised as independent office areas, separating exhibition and office functions and maximising the utilisation rate of the building’s interior space.

The whole project integrates anti‑corrosion durability, thermal insulation and practical space layout, meeting the dual demands of commercial display and daily office work under coastal climatic conditions.
